• Verified wire services (AP, Reuters, AFP)

We do not publish stories based solely on social media, unverified claims, or anonymous sources unless there is significant public interest and the source is verified by an editor.

Every article published on LAIESLYBIRD undergoes the following quality process:

• Initial verification: The reporter verifies all facts with at least two independent sources
• Editorial review: A senior editor reviews factual claims and checks for balance
• Source documentation: All sources, documents, and data are archived
• Final approval: The editor-in-chief approves all significant stories before publication
